Description
A picture of a band (Dickinson City Band?) with several varying instruments. Big brass insturments, several saxophones, some percussion instruments, and a few other woodwind instruments. A woman is in the middle of the group with a megaphone. Some of the band members are standing in a small covered platform, while the rest are standing or sitting in front of or to the right of the platform.
