Title

Bluebirds

Description

Some children in costume and on stage. A majority of them are arranged in five rows against the backdrop of the stage. The main scene being displayed is of some fancily dressed people in a yacht. The boys are in tuxedo costumes and bushy moustaches, with one of them rowing the yacht. The three standing girls are in various dresses with parasols, while another is sitting with a hat. The backdrop is representative of a downtown street, including a cafe, bank, bakery, and apothecary. In front of the stage are four women, two of which are observing what is on the stage, one playing the piano, and another turning pages for the piano player.

Cataloguer's Notes

Two envelopes and a reciept. The recipt is unevenly cut in half, and the half present has a date (3/20/1952) and a few names (\"Ester Enze\"" and \""Rose Fleckenstein\""). The back gives the name \""Gumpers.\"" The smaller gray envelope gives the name of the group (Blue Birds) and some print information (\""8x10 Kodabromide 1\"" with \""about 25 sec @ F/11\"" and \""5x7 Koda 1\"" with \""aobut 20 sec @ F/16\""). The larger envelope gives minimal information; it gives the name of the group (Blue Birds) and that is was a \""gay 90's show.\"""
