The building they are in is the First National Bank, which was located at, 7 1st Ave. West. Identified.

The gentleman in the pic MIGHT be George Kronschnabel also known as George Kay... IF this pic was taken in the late 50s or early 60s. See recent (March 2022) obituary for George Kronschnabel from the Casper Star Tribune Casper, Wyoming...
