Description
Kodak negative of a group of men in front of three airplanes at Worth Field, in Dickinson, N.D. They are Glider pilots of the Civilian Training Program at Dickinson State College. They are all wearing white shirts and pants, and some of them are wearing ties. The 1st man is Buzz Osborn. The 2nd man is Woodward, the Flight Instructor. The 3rd man is Harry Wienberger, Coordinator of the Civilian training Program. The 7th man and the last man are wearing parachutes, made by the Switlik Parachute Company. There is one young woman, Toffleson, who is the Secretary of the Civilian Training Program. She is wearing a dress. The photo is taken from the right side. An airplane hanger is behind them. Exact date unknown. Unidentified.
