Veterans of Foreign Wars. A group of ladies (some sitting and some standing) and some are wearing uniforms with hats and ties, and others are wearing dresses. Some of these women are also wearing hats. The Veterans of Foreign Wars hat has the number 3444 on it and the words North Dakota. They are part of the Ladies Auxiliary. There is a banner in the back that reads Ladies Auxiliary, Jerry M. Lanphear, Post No 3444, Dickinson, North Dakota. Instituted May 17th 1940. Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States. On the left and right walls there are framed pictures with words but they cannot be read. In front of the women is a old podium, with a book on top of it. There are 5 U.S. flats in the photo. Exact date unknown. Unidentified.
