Photo inside the Environmental Development Corporation manufacturing plant. It was located between Palm Beach Road and State Ave., in Dickinson, N.D. Workers are working on a flooring section that will be used in construction of a modular unit. Tar is being applied and linoleum will be laid down over it. Water pipes and electrical conduit can be seen. On the left side of the building is a completed item that will be used in the construction of a modular unit. In front, on the left, is a framed modular unit, and in front, on the right side, is a completed modular unit. Unidentified.
