Photo shows a completed modular unit being hauled away on a semi. The manufacturing plant is behind the truck. On the left side of the plant building is a completed modular unit. A worker can be seen in front of the plant. Words written on the truck's passenger door cannot be read. Snow is on the ground. Unidentified.
