A sign can be seen, but not read, at the bridge repair area. The photo shows a barbed wire fence on the left side of the road, and pasture land beyond, with some trees. On the right side of the road is a barbed wire fence, trees, and telephone poles. The terrain is hilly. Exact location and date unknown.
