Philanthropic organization for women with the primary focus of providing educational opportunities for students world wide. A group of 13 women members of the P.E.O.. 6 are sitting in chairs and 7 are standing. They are all wearing dresses and most are wearing ear rings. The 1st, 3rd, and 6th women on the 1st row and the 5th and 6th women on the 2nd row are wearing glasses. The 5th woman on the 2nd row has a handkerchief in the left pocket of her dress. The 7th women on the 2nd row is wearing a necklace. Exact location unknown. Unidentified.
