North West Bell Telephone Cable Installation

A North West Bell Telephone Cable installer is working on connecting wires to a cable outside of Dickinson, N.D. He is sitting on a cable box. In front of him is a barbed wire fence. On the other side of the fence is a shovel and a telephone cable. He is wearing a shirt, jeans, glasses, and work boots. On his right is a tool box, with instructions taped to the top of the tool box. The number on the cable box is 5355. Exact date and location unknown. Unidentified. Proof.
