Description
A group of soldiers in two rows on a street. They are standing to the west of the Elks building, seen on the far right, on First Street West near the corner of Second Avenue West. Various wooden homes can be seen behind them as well as part of the brick Armory building on the left. Written in the upper right corner is, "39." Written on the back in the upper right is, "-164-" and on the right side is, "NEG / #257."
