He is also wearing a hat, with an U.S. Army pin, and glasses. On his uniform he as 2 pins of crossed rifles which represent the infantry. He has 2 U.S. pins on the front of his uniform. On his left shoulder is a patch of a U. S. Army unit. Above this patch is a medal of an eagle which represents a full-bird Colonel. His body is turned to the left while his head is turned towards the camera. Exact date and location unknown. Identified.
