Description
A banquet, in a meeting room, at the Ray Hotel, which was located at 22 East Villard, in Dickinson, N.D. It appears that most of the men have already eaten their food. One man is smoking a cigarette. The men are wearing shirts, ties, and suits. A North Dakota Highway Patrol officer is standing behind a chair. He is wearing his uniform. The patch on his left sleeve reads N. D. Truck. Below his badge is a name tag with the name W. Skaro. He also has 2 pens in the left pocket of his uniform shirt. He has a cigarette in his left hand. He is not smiling. Behind these men is a opened folding door. Inside the next room a floor lamp can be seen. Unidentified.
