N. D. Motor Carrier's Association.


A banquet, in a meeting room, at the Ray Hotel, which was located at 22 East Villard, in Dickinson, N.D. It appears that most of the men have already eaten their food. Many are smoking cigarettes and two are smoking cigars. Some men are wearing shirts, ties, and suits. Others are wearing shirts, or shirts and jackets. A number of North Dakota Highway Patrol officers are also present. They are wearing their uniforms. On the back wall is a plaque which reads The Great Seal of the State of North Dakota. Beyond an opened folding door is another meeting room with floor lamps, tables, chairs, a U.S. flag, and a plaque which reads, Great Seal of the State of North Dakota. Unidentified.
