Description

Aerial view, taken in the winter, of the Environmental Development Corporation manufacturing plant, located between Palm Beach Road and State Ave., in Dickinson, North Dakota. On the far left of the photo are a large Cargill tee-pee grain bins. It is located on West Broadway. Near the front of the grain bin is old U. S. Highway 10. In the center of the photo is the manufacturing plant. Outside the building are constructed modules. Farms can be seen surrounding the manufacturing plant. A frozen Heart River is seen at the top of the photo. In the bottom right of the photo are oil or fuel tanks for the Queen City Refinery, which was located West of the city.
