Parades, Lady Elks

Description

A picture of a decorated car for the Lady Elks which was used in a parade. An Elk head is mounted to the front of the car and some torn cloth with strips are hanging off it. A group of ladies are sitting in the car, all of which are well dressed and a few of which have hats with elks on them. A banner on the left side of the car reads B. P. O . E.. It has a picture of an Elk in the middle of a circle. Exact date and location unknown. Unidentified.
