The 1st man is watching the 2nd middle man drink the water. 3rd man has a device in his hands used for testing the purity of the water. Behind the 3 men is a piece of road construction equipment, a car, a building, a railroad car filled with coal, and on the far right side a coal car that has been filled with coal. A large tank is located above the railroad car. Exact date unknown. Unidentified.
