Description
An aerial view of the town of Medora, ND, taken from the northeast during the summer. In the background is the Little Missouri River and the Chateau de Mores can be seen on a hillside. To the far left is the De Mores School, a three-story brick building with a cupola. The town consists of about four city blocks, with numerous houses and other buildings. There is a church with a steeple in the foreground. The Rough Riders Hotel can be seen in the right hand corner of the photograph. A passenger train is passing on the railroad tracks which run east and west. There is a water tower near the tracks. Exact date unknown.
