He is wearing a shirt, tie, pants, glasses, and a hat. Across the street is a 1 story home, made of clapboards, with 2 windows and a single door. The number 18 is on the home, by the front door. A wood fence is in front of the home. Behind this home are several 2 story brick buildings. Telephone poles with telephone and electrical wires can be seen. Exact date and location unknown. Identified.
