Description

A Post Card photo showing the construction of Slope Implement Company Store. Placement of most of roofing tresses are in place. 1 man driving a tractor is using a forklift to lift 2 men and a roofing tress for construction of the building. 2 men are in the roof area nailing and helping place the tress. On the far right side of the photo is a Studebaker pickup and telephone poles. Behind the poles are seen several homes. In the center of the photo, behind the building, is part of a Texaco sign. Next in the background a grain elevator. The name on the grain elevator cannot be read. An oil truck is seen behind the construction site. On the far left of the photo is a vehicle with the words Osborn's Dickinson, N.D. on the back of the, back door.
