A snow plow/blower machine, stopped, picking up a pile of snow in the center of a street, loading it into a dump truck. The dump truck is filled with snow. Behind that truck is another truck waiting to be loaded with snow. Besides the front of the now plow/blower machine, stand 2 men. Both men are dressed in winter clothing and wear hats. Behind the machine can be see office buildings, cars and trucks. On one of the office buildings hangs a sign that says J. C. Penney Co. Exact date and location are unknown. Unidentified
