A snow plow/blower machine, working, picking up a pile of snow in the center of First Street East, loading it into a dump truck. Part of a sign on a building on the left side of the photo says Pletan's Body Shop. Behind the machine can be seen office buildings, cars and trucks. On one of the office buildings hangs a sign that says J.C. Penny Co. Exact date unknown.
