Beyond that turn is a temporary barbed wire fence across the road. Beyond that fence is the cut in the road where the new bridge will go. Standing around that bridge cut are a number of people, dressed in western attire, and wearing jackets. Other people are down along the right side of the detour. Faces cannot be seen. Beyond the cut in the road is a large wooded fence that lies across the road. There is a left hand detour road located in front of this wooden fence. On the left side of the road is a barbed wire fence, trees, telephone poles, pasture land, and a number of cars, trucks and a wrecker. Exact date unknown. Unidentified.
