3M, Minnesota Mining Manufacturing, Queen City Electric

A piece of equipment, manufactured by Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing. The location of this items is at the Queen City Electric shop. On a wood base can be seen a metal tube which is located next to a mental tube in the shape of the letter T. The end cap lies on the wood, and is next to the tube. In the background, but not clearly seen, on the left are small boxes, next is a photographers light stand, with a light bulb. On a wall board are other electrical items. None of these are seen clearly. Unidentified.
