Photo of the inside of a building that has concrete cinder block walls and metal rafters. A ladder can be seen leading up the ceiling. A smaller steel plate platform has been built into a larger concrete box. A cylinder tank is being lowered into a pit. A man wearing a plaid shirt, jeans, glasses, hat and gloves, is guiding a tank, as it is being lowered into the pit. A coat has been laid over the left side guard rail. On the right side, on the metal plate flooring, are a number of different size pieces of pipe, with tags on them. Exact date and location unknown. Unidentified.
