Description

O' Hearn's Mens Wear was located in the Big Sky Shopping Center. In the store window can be seen articles of men's wear. On the left side of the display is a model horse head with a hat on top of it and a scarf in a ring that goes through the horse's mouth. To the right of the model horse is a pair of shoes. In front of the shoes is a sign that reads Were Celebrating Lakeland Week. There is a picture of a falcon on the sign and words to the right of the falcon read Lakeland Hot Male Group. Behind this sign is a shirt and tie. To the right of the shirt and tie are leather gloves and a hat. To the right of the gloves and hat is a fur coat. In front of the fur coat are 2 globes with spot lights. In front of the 2nd globe is a box of men's after shaving lotion or cologne. In front of the box is a pocket square or a scarf. Behind the box are a pair of shoes. To the right of the shoes is a floor ashtray with a pair of gloves on top. To the right of the lamp is a lined coat. To the right of the coat is a plaid shirt. To the right of the shirt is a model of a cat or a decanter with a cat's head. Behind these items are 2 mannequins. To the left of the 1st mannequin is a wood post with a plaid jacket. The jacket has a fur collar. On top of the post is a hat with a fur brim. The 1st mannequin has a shirt, tie, and coat with a fur collar. The 2nd mannequin has a turtle neck sweater, a coat with a fur collar, and a pair of leather gloves. To the right of the 2nd mannequin is hanger with a lined leather coat with 3 buttons. Behind the 1st and 2nd mannequins are stacks of sweaters. Behind the 2nd mannequin and hanging leather jacket are stacks of shirts. In the next window display is a shoe, a box of men's saving lotion or cologne, and a scarf. Exact date unknown.
