Philanthropic organization for women with the primary focus of providing educational opportunities for students world wide. P.E.O. banquet for women. All the women are wearing dresses and most are wearing ear rings. Many are wearing hats. The tables have cups, saucers, glasses, silverware, napkins, rolls, sugar, salt and pepper shakers, lighted candles, and flowers. On the far left side of the photo is a wood door. A light fixture can be seen at the very top of the photo. Against the right wall is a heat radiator. A purse hangs from the last chair on the right. Exact location unknown. Unidentified.
