Portrait of a N. D. State Highway Patrol officer. His last name is Ron Ulrich. He is wearing a uniform shirt, tie, and hat. He has a name tag on the left pocket of his shirt, but it cannot be read. He has a badge above the left pocket of his shirt and on his hat. The badge on his pocket and hat has a number that cannot be read. He has shoulder patches on both shoulders of his uniform. Part of the patch on the left shoulder reads North Dakota and Highway. In the center of the patch is a Native American with a feathered war bonnet. Exact location unknown. Identified.
