The certificate reads United States Department of Agriculture Food and Nutrition Service, Certificate of Appreciation, Awarded to Mrs. ... Greenwood, Dickinson, North Dakota, for valuable services in helping to end hunger in America, Washington, D. C.. Date cannot be read, nor the title of the person signing the certificate. Behind these people are chairs. On the back wall is a sign that reads Please, No Smoking, use ash trays. Exact date and location unknown. Unidentified, except for Ed Jones and Mrs. Greenwood.
