The certificate reads United States Department of Agriculture Food and Nutrition Service, Certificate of Appreciation, Awarded to Mrs. ... Greenwood, Dickinson, North Dakota, for valuable services in helping to end hunger in America, Washington, D. C.. Date cannot be read, nor the title of the person signing the certificate.
