Description
William "Bill" Cuskelly (1843- 1928) - A native of Ireland. Came to the USA with his parents in 1849 and to Dickinson in 1885. He homesteaded on the outskirts of Dickinson and donated land for St. Patrick's cemetery. First sheriff of Stark county (May 1883-Jan 1885), but later took up ranching with his brother, Joseph east of the Killdeer Mountains. William never married. Portrait. Identified.
