The 1st three story building is the St. Charles Hotel. The words St. Charles Hotel are written at the top of the building. Part of the building to its right was possibly the Dickinson Opera House. The 2 story building on the left side of the St. Charles Hotel has an awning with words that read The Press. People can be seen walking on the Villard St. sidewalk. They are all wearing coats and hats. Exact date unknown. Unidentified.

Written in the upper right corner is, "17-1." Written on the back in the upper right is, "-130- / NEG# 130."
