Photo of a Dickinson Fire Department fire hose carts. In front of the hoses are men, probably from the city's Fire Department, who are holding ropes that are attached to the hose cart. Several boys can be seen around the hose carts. The hose cart has large spoked wheels. The brick building behind the men has a signs that read City Hall, Fire Dept, and a date of 1900. 2 large garage doors are opened. On the left side of the City Hall/Fire Department is seen part of the Osborn's Photo Studio building. On the right side of the City Hall/Fire Department building is wood home with a chimney, and a front porch. The next wood building has 2 chimneys. Words on the photo read Dickinson, N. D. Exact date unknown. Unidentified.
Written in the lower right corner is, "75 29." Written on the back in the upper left is, "#29 (198) / #72 8-14-88 COPY." Written in the upper right is, "(75)" and the lower right, "29". Written in the center of the back is, "Osborn."
