On the left side of the City Hall/Fire Department is seen part of the Osborn's Photo Studio building. On the right side of the City Hall/Fire Department building is wood home with a chimney, and a front porch. The next wood building has 2 chimneys. Words on the photo read Dickinson, N. D. Exact date unknown. Unidentified.
Written in the lower right corner is, "75 29." Written on the back in the upper left is, "#29 (198) / #72 8-14-88 COPY." Written in the upper right is, "(75)" and the lower right, "29". Written in the center of the back is, "Osborn."
