6 men on horses crossing the Little Missouri River north of Medora during flood stage possibly during the wild horse roundup. Written in the lower right corner is, "? 131 34." Written on the back in the upper left is, "#131 ALBUM / 73 SCRIPT" and on the right, "#227A." Written in the lower right is, "wild horse / r. up." Stamped in the center of the back is, "COPYRIGHTED / [OS]BORN'S STUDIO / JUL 3 / DICKINSON, N. D."
