I am researching my paternal grandfather's WWI army unit, Company B, 355th Infantry, 89th Division.  In the History of the 89th Division by George English, it lists an individual by the name of Jacob Loucher as Missing in Action.  I'm trying to find information about this individual.

I was able to find a reference to Jacob Laucher (different spelling) who lived in Stark County, North Dakota, in the 1900 census.  This led me to search Stark County, North Dakota and WWI, which lead me to the photograph of Stark County, ND draftees (https://dmc.omeka.net/items/show/849).  Are there names associated with this photograph?

Might you have any information on Jacob Loucher (possibly Laucher)?

Thank you,

Bryan Anderson
