A photo of a Kirchmann Variable Speed Seed Shaft. It is made of metal, has tires on each end, is 12 wide and 10' long, and has a drawbar. The word Kirchmann is on the back of the implement. Behind the implement can be seen 3 cars, the car in black paint is older than the other 2 cars. The car on the right is a Plymouth. Behind the cars are railway cars, with the words Northern Pacific written on them. Other words written on them cannot be read clearly. To the right of the railway cars are several wood building, large storage tanks, and a electrical (steam) shovel. This shovel is mounted on a large truck. Exact location unknown.
