Ice Loading Conveyor

A photo of some chunks of ice being moved upwards on a conveyor. Some large chunks have fallen off of the conveyor, laying scattered across the slope. A man is standing on the conveyor and holding an item that holds the ice in place on the conveyor belt. At the top of the hill railroad boxcars can be seen read to be filled with the ice. Exact date and location unknown. Unidentified.
