A Montana Dakota Utilities safety banquet at the Elk building. People sit at banquet tables and are eating. People are seen from the back or in profile. Men and women are dressed in business attire. Two waitresses are standing by an open door at the back of the room. One woman on the 2nd table has a cigarette in her right hand. On the banquet tables are seen cups, saucers, glasses, silverware, salt and pepper shakers, rolls, sugar bowls, napkins, candles., and Christmas bulbs shaped, small table top, Christmas trees. Large glass windows can be seen on the right side. 2 large padded chairs can be see in the back left of the photo. Lights and air vents are seen in the ceiling. Unidentified.
