Mr. De Long is giving the keys to a new Buick to Mr. Osborn. The car has white wheel tires. The license plate reads N. Dakota, '62, Peace Garden State. The number of the plate is 258-536. Both men are wearing suits, ties and glasses. Mr. Osborn, on the right, has a handkerchief in the left pocket of his suit jacket. Both men, and car, are in front of May Hall, at the campus of Dickinson State College. To the right of May Hall is another campus building. May Hall is 4 stories tall and is made of brick. Exact date unknown. Identified.
