He has a pin in the left lapel of his suit jacket, and an unidentified item in the left pocket of his suit jacket. The 2nd man is wearing a shirt, a string tie, and slacks. The 3rd man is wearing plaid shirt and a plaid jacket. The 4th man is wearing a shirt, tie, and jacket. The 5th man is wearing a shirt, tie, and jacket. The 6th man is wearing a shirt and slacks. He has a pen holder, with pens in it, in the left pocket of his shirt. In his left hand he is holding pieces of paper. On the left side of the photo are stacked chairs, a closed folded door and a wall plaque that reads Great Seal State of North Dakota. On the right side of the photo is a glass door. This negative is a little blurred. Unidentified.
