3 I. O. O. F. members who are standing in front of a white door on a yellow metal building. A outdoor light can be seen in the upper right corner of the photo. The 1st man is wearing a shirt, tie, suit, glasses, and a Fez. On the Fez the words HOPE, No. 7, Pat, 71 -72. Other words on the Fez cannot be read. He is wearing a medal on the left pocket of his suit jacket. The 2nd man is wearing a shirt, tie, necklace with a medal on the bottom of it, and a suit. The 3rd man, is wearing a shirt, a tie with a design on it, glasses, and a suit. He has a medal on the left pocket of his suit jacket. Exact date and location unknown. Unidentified. NOTE: photo is a little out of focus.
