Eagles, Initiation

Eagles Club members, at the Eagles Club, in Dickinson, N.D. Most of the men are wearing shirts, ties, jackets, and slacks. Many men on the 2nd and 3rd rows are wearing name tags. No one on the 1st row is wearing a name tag. On the left side, of the group, is a table with an ashtray. On the right side, of the group, is a table with a glass jar on it. There are pieces of paper in the jar. On the back wall are curtains, an exhaust wall fan, an Exit sign, and a framed International Order of Eagles, Ladies Auxiliaries charter. An air vent can be seen in the ceiling. Exact date unknown. Unidentified.
