The 5th man is wearing a shirt, tie, jacket, and stripped slacks. The 6th man is wearing a shirt, tie, jacket, and slacks. He has a pencil or pen in the left pocket of his jacket. The 7th man is wearing a stripped shirt, tie, jacket and slacks. He has a plus 7 on his belt buckle. On the left side of the photo are closed folded doors and a wall plaque that reads Great Seal State of North Dakota. On the right side of the photo are 2 glass doors, and part of a chair and table. Unidentified.
