He has a pencil in his left hand. Only part of the 4th man can be seen and he is wearing a shirt, tie, and a suit. On the table are ashtrays, a cigarette, note pad, and papers. A portable black-board on the left side has different cattle brands on it. To the right of the black-board is a table with a hat and pieces of paper on it. Behind the standing man is a wall plaque that reads Great Seal State ... Dakota. To the right of the wall seal is a curtain. Unidentified.
