Eastern Star

The Order of the Eastern Star is a Freemasonic appendant body open now to both men and women. Originally it was just for women. The order is based on teachings from the Bible, but is open to people of all religious beliefs. A photo of 11 women members of the Eastern Star. Photo was taken in the Masonic building. All the women are wearing the same dresses. Many are wearing earrings and glasses. On the wall behind them are 2 framed grills with flowers and other designs. A large beam and 2 light fixtures, can be seen hanging from the ceiling. Unidentified.
