International Harvester Company (attention: H.W. Ereuson (?)

Factory Built and Tested At the bottom of the poster it says All Health Ordinances! International Harvester Company.

No receipt. The name after attention, on front of envelope, is hard to read -- so that the spelling of H. W. Ereuson is as close as we can get. It may be spelled differently than that.
