Pipes can be seen leading from the 2nd tank into a small building that has 1 window and 1 door. Behind this building is another pipe that goes to a 2nd building with 3 windows and a door. A black car is parked in front of this building. Behind this building is a tall tower. On the right side of the photo is a light post and 3 electrical boxes. On the left side of the photo is a farm, with a home, out buildings, a silo, and a barn. Exact date and location unknown.
