A note and an envelope. The envelope only gives the general name of the event - O.P.A. Meeting. The primary side of the note has a schedule for a day's worth of meetings for the \"Rationing Department,\"" including meetings for rationing fuel and food. The back of the note has a list of names in pencil for those who ordered a print of the picture, including Verne Sonnenberg of Mott, Selma Gustafson of Mandan, Mavis Carlson of Killdeer, Frank Moones of Mott, George Armbrusk of Belfield, E.J.
