Description

A banquet, in a meeting room, at the Ray Hotel, which was located at 22 East Villard, in Dickinson, N.D. It appears that most of the men have already eaten their food. Two are smoking cigarettes and one is smoking a cigar. Some men are wearing shirts, ties, and suits. Others are wearing shirts, or shirts and jackets. A number of North Dakota Highway Patrol officers are also present. They are wearing their uniforms. Beyond an opened folding door is another meeting room with floor lamps, tables, chairs, a U.S. flag, and 2 wall plaques which read, Great Seal of the State of North Dakota. Unidentified.
