My great grandfather was Danial Manning who was the first mayor of Dickinson. I believe this is a photo when he was mayor. I would love to know who is in the picture with him. The picture was in our house at 425 second avenue west. My mother was Rita Fred. Her grandfather was Daniel Manning. No one from our family no longer live in Dickinson, but if you can identify any of these people in the picture let me know. Let me know if you can not identify them also.
