A construction worker can be seen on scoffing with a board in his left hand. 3 construction workers can be seen behind the garage making concrete. Piles of bricks and cinder block can be seen on the ground by the workers. On the left side of the photo is a clothesline with clothes handing on it. Exact location unknown. Unidentified.
